Budgeting. Support Cost Accounting.
Decision management: Analyze reports and give professional advice regarding financial decisions
to/in Management Team/Board.
People management: Experience as Project Leader and as Finance Manager of different financial groups
up to 17 people. Acting as spare partner on all organizational levels.
Process optimization: Optimization of specific financial processes, e.g. accounts payable processes
(reduce headcount by introduction of OCR/optical recognition system (scanning invoices) and
streamlined several financial departments. Changes of norms and procedures.
Strategic repositioning of people in departments. Develop changes and introduction of Supply Chain
Management.
Change processes: Implementing new financial software systems including
rewriting of existing financial procedures and redefining existing roles and responsibilities.
