Progressive BI is urgently looking for a senior Annalist CRM with Telco experience for a challenging project in the south of the Netherlands.
Task summery:
- IT-analysis for projects and creating system designs to be implemented across various IT/CRM systems
- Focus on both front end and back end integration to order, billing (and other) system(s) through middleware
- Translate solution design into system requirements and functional specifications using market conform techniques like Use Case, Users Flows and Wire Frames;
- Produce detailed designs
- Research technical solutions and validate design alternatives through impact analysis;

Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms (user-level)
