Voor een opdracht te Amsterdam zoekt DataTalent een Senior Project Management Officer:

Project description:
Purpose of the role / accountabilities: (how it adds value)
• Co-ordinate and support the day-to-day operations of the Group Regulatory Affairs and
Compliance Systems Infrastructure team. GRAC Sys Infra provides guidance on deployment of
strategic transaction monitoring and filtering solutions. The team also provides oversight
and control of these systems and expertise to Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions and
Terrorist Financing Prevention projects

Result/ Deliverable:
• Receive, organise and track the progress of GRAC Sys Infra project deliverables,
including documents for approval / sign-off
• Act as secretary to key GRAC Sys Infra committees, documenting meetings, recording
actions, and publishing materials
• Develop and document oversight and control processes for transaction monitoring and
filtering systems
• Conduct oversight investigations of transaction filtering and monitoring processes

Experience – Candidates will normally have the following:
• Experience tracking and documenting process, deliverables and actions
• Change Management or related Project Management experience
• Anti-Money Laundering / Sanctions Compliance experience or banking back-office
experience

Other Significant Role Requirements: (Any further key factors which have a bearing on a
candidate’s ability to perform)
• Flexibility to work on a variety of projects across multiple workstreams /
multi-tasking

Technical Knowledge:
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications essential
• Familiarity with general back-office transaction processes beneficial
• Prior exposure to transaction monitoring / filtering systems beneficial

This role has also been posted a few months ago. We are now looking for an addition to the
team due to the growth in business. The requirements has not changes so please pay
specific attention to the job description and the summary below.

This role requires someone with very good organisational ability. The role is made up in
two parts. The first part of the role will be a supporting role to ensure that team is
kept on track on different projects. The candidate will need to coordinate the functioning
in the team and ensure business as usual is kept in place.

The second part of the role will be to get processes in place for the use of different
systems. These systems differ from clients but the processes of how they are used needs to
be aligned. It will be the responsibility of the candidate to coordinate and implement
these processes by obtaining the needed information from stakeholders across the world,
therefore not only documenting the process but also setting it up and implementing it.
Candidate needs to have end-to-end process experience.
Very important is that the candidate has near native fluency in English (written and
verbal) as he/she deals with stakeholders across RBS Worldwide. Experience within a bank
or large corporate environment is essential. RBS experience would be a benefit but not
required.

The candidate will be working in a small team. The candidate needs to be flexible,
reliant, independent and eager to hit the ground running.

Maximum rate: € 55,00 per hour (all in, ex VAT).
