Reading your project description for an EU commercial operations senior analyst made me immediately very enthusiastic. The opportunity fits very well to my experience, interests and ambitions. I am currently finalizing a project at a pharmaceutical that works worldwide. Last year I was responsible for a international role out of a demand, expense, project, HR and corporate planning and forecasting model at this company and this year I was asked to update the HR model from a headcount to a position model. For all models I was responsible for the context analysis, design, implementation, roll out, project management and the alignment of the EMEA, APAC and US needs. The most important aspect of this project was communication, I had to collaborate with FP&A, HR, IT, Accounting, Clinical and made them also work together.
During my study International Business, my main course was focused on supply chain management. This knowledge and the insight in processes has always been an asset during the different planning solution I have implemented throughout the last 12 years.
Working together with different cultures and disciplines in challenging projects is what makes my work so interesting. My goal is to create solutions that add value for the organization and I am very dedicated to reach that goal.
