Multinational in basisgrondstoffen voor voedselproductie
locatie Noord Holland
Opdracht: implementeren van een aantal HR programmas
Duur: nog niet vastomlijnd, 32 - 40 uur per week per zsm
Uurtarief: max €75

• Experience within international environment

Knowledge, experience & capabilities
Critical knowledge
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent computer skills (preferably SAP HR knowledge)
• Effective oral and written communication skills (NL and English)
• General knowledge of various employment laws and practices of employee matters
Critical experience
• At least two years experience in Business Partnering and HR administration.
• Knowledge of HR policy principles, regulations, instruments etc.
Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities
• University degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
• Understanding of cultural differences
• Must be able to gather and analyze information skillfully.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude in the face of difficult or challenging situations
• Skills in database management and record keeping.
• Self motivator, Accurate, Learning orientation, Excellent organizational skills.
