Projectomschrijving:
ROLE DESCRIPTION
• To be responsible for the applications in Group Reporting and Planning&Strategy, to
ensure these are aligned with businesses requirements and operations/development is
aligned with IT processes and IT strategy.
• To provide technology knowledge, expertise and solution towards these applications
both for existent as well as new to be developed applications.
• Lead the deployment of the resulting enhancements and new applications as well act as
the primary focal point for any operational escalation.
o Demonstrates clear understanding of the issues and priorities of interest to the client
organization, provides well-informed advice and proposes viable solutions. Recognises
needs outside own area of knowledge, recognises how these relate, requests and works
effectively with additional expertise as necessary.
o Plans and manage the resulting projects
o Produces outline system specifications covering for example: scope, constraints,
hardware, network and software environments, main system functions and information flows,
data load and implementation strategies, phasing of development, requirements not met, and
alternatives considered.
o Maintains user/system interfaces, security and audit controls, access, recovery routines
and contingency procedures.
o Constructs, interprets and executes test plans to verify correct operation of completed
systems.
o Documents all work using required standards, methods and tools.
o Steer team of contract staff performing these activities.
Qualification / Experience :
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED TECHNICAL
Educated to degree level or holds a professional qualification in IT. Has significant
experience in IT service operations, delivery and support in a line of business.Has worked
on or led technical consultancy assignments in designing and developing business IT
solutions for a line of business or at country level.
Has provided technical consultancy or led technical work stream in business IT projects of
medium complexity.
