Project context:
Due to disentanglement, Bank"s IM has to take into account the entanglement it has with
Bank"s/OIB with regard to services from third party providers.
Scope: All services taken from a third party service provider that have a relation (e.g.
shared contract/infrastructure, etc.) with Bank"s/OIB.
Currently, 3 major service providers are identified within that scope.

* Bloomberg & Thomson Reuters
Position & key deliverables:
• The project manager will be responsible for the preparation of the Project Initiation
Document. After approval the project manager will be responsible for the execution and
delivery. So the first main deliverable is a PID
The PID needs to cover
• Validation of the scope (SWIFT, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters) + check on completeness of
this list
• Investigate relation with Bank"s/OIB and specify problem definition (what exactly has
to be disentangled)
• Define & investigate possible solutions (build, outsource, cooperate with Insurance)
• Approval of preferred solution and detailed project planning for execution
• The role will be based in The Hague
Skills/Competencies:
• Track record as an experienced IT project manager
• Knowledge / experience related to (the use of) SWIFT, Bloomberg & Thomson Reuters,
both functional and technical
• Thorough asset management knowledge
• Process-thinking capabilities
• Be able to determine whether to build or to buy.
• Be able to indentify where the connectivity issues will be addressed (project /
operation)
• Negotiation skills
• Keen on planning and budgeting aspects.
