Project description:
Senior Business Analyst for SEPA programme (Including working on several SEPA projects in
multidisciplinary teams).
Assignment:
- Dedicated Project Support to the E2E project manager.
- Responsible for identifying and documenting requirements and analyzing these
requirements from a business perspective with product management
- Delivers Impact analysis from a COPAF perspective (business) on product, process and
organisational related items
- Design and implement business changes regarding SEPA processes within the organisation
- Responsible for updating existing documentation and/or implementing new documentation
related to the SEPA products (e.g product descriptions, implementation guidelines)
- Delivers support to E2E project manager in monthly Rolling Planning process regarding
drafting Project Documentation (e.g. Project Brief, PID, Exception Report, End Report) on
the content aspects
- Delivers input for project planning COPAF deliverables
- Delivers support to E2E project manager for workshops and programme boards
- Delivers COPAF products e.g.training materials, SLA agreements, product/channel
contracts,
- Delivers monthly Project Status reports for the assigned projects
- Delivers review on test results as input for business acceptance
- Delivers support to the E2E product manager with delivering the project management
deliverables
- Frequent coordination and alignment with other business stakeholders, project members;
- Takes part in internal PMT meetings of assigned projects
- Overall quality guarding of all documents produced within the project and programme

Total hours: 40 hrs per week
Location: Amsterdam / occasionally in Brussels
(Willing to travel to Brussels if and when required for the assignment)
Business Knowledge/Skills:
- 3/5 years in BA roles
- HBO/WO
- Knowledge of banking in general
- Knowledge of payments and cash management
- Familiar with SEPA
- Analytical skills
Technical Knowledge/Skills:
- Knowledge and/or experience with requirement management tools(e.g. Caliber)
- MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint, MS Visio
- Sharepoint
Methodologies Knowledge
- NIBE algemeen bankbedrijf + buitenland bedrijf or other relevant NIBE banking & payments
training
- NIBE Business class payments is a benefit
Experience/skills:
- 3 / 5 years experience in Business Analysis roles
- Experience in large projects / programmes
- Ability to create a good problem analyses and judgement
- Ability to facilitate business decision making process in a copafit way
- BA with the capability to work independently
- Ability to get the right information within a short time frame
- Experience within ING is preferred not required
- Ability to quickly adapt within the organisation
- Experience in former SEPA or PSD projects is preferred but not required
- Ability to function as linkin pin between stakeholders (Business & IT)
- Ability to get in to the details without losing high level overview and control
