Global Communications Team XXXXXXX International
The Global Communications Team (GCT) is responsible for supporting the Wholesale banking business and international Rural & Retail Banking business of XXXXXXX International (RI), through internal and external communication. The GCT reports directly to the Chairmen of the RI Management Teams for Wholesale and Rural & Retail, who are both members of the XXXXXXX Executive Board.
The goal of the GCT is to deliver an integrated and client-centred communications programme that supports the business in achieving its commercial goals. In this effort, the GCT takes responsibility for enhancing the client receptivity for RI’s main messages.
These include for example:
- Being the world’s leading Food & Agribusiness (F&A) bank: active at every link in the global food chain
- Being the Netherlands all finance market leader
The relatively young GCT works intimately with communication colleagues across the RI network, in order to realise this effort.
As RI expects a growing number of (senior) banker vacancies in line with the expected further expansion in the Dutch Mid Corporate client segment, we are looking for a Project Manager Recruitment Advertising Campaigns (temporary), Wholesale The Netherlands in the Utrecht region.

Project Manager Recruitment Advertising Campaigns (temporary), Wholesale The Netherlands
The Project Manager Recruitment Advertising Campaigns is member of the team Marketing and Communications Wholesale The Netherlands and reports to the Manager Marketing & Communications.
The ideal candidate will be a person who has strong knowledge about recruitment advertising including market, competitor and industry trends of the Dutch financial services area.
A person who has the ability to structure, conduct and facilitate recruitment advertising campaigns.
- Carries a responsibility for the roll out of a recruitment advertising campaign supporting the Dutch wholesale market needs. This includes an integrated advertsing campaign by means of a number of internal and external elements.
- Will be responsible for the development, planning and implementation of the end-to-end recruitment advertising campaigns across the whole marketing mix using deep customer knowledge and market understanding to generate strong value propositions.
- Will demonstrate a proven experience in applying multiple media to communications trajectories.
- Supports the team Marketing and Communications Wholesale The Netherlands strategic objectives by managing, creating and improving the internal and external campaigns outstandingly across all stakeholders and communications channels;
Specific tasks of the Project Manager Recruitment Advertising Campaigns, Wholesale The Netherlands, are, but not limited to:
- Working with the Manager Marketing and Communications, Wholesale The Netherlands:
-To define and implement effective recruitment advertising campaign elements including events that support key business objectives;
-As counter part for the several related internal and external suppliers (e.g. media buying department, recruitment advertising agency);
-As sparring partner for the several business lines (HR, Mid Corporate Division);
-To ensure an integrated marketing and communication approach, message consistency and effective operational planning.
- Developing and implementing the recruitment advertising campaign including internal and external communication activities and event programmes including scripts, speeches, evaluations, budget management, administrative issues.
- Commercial activation of recruitment communication, through stories and business updates, aligned to key messages and highlighting relevant campaigns and services.
- Ensure customer understanding of campaigns being run and take care of positive receptivity supporting the brand values of XXXXXXX;
- Monitor the recruitment advertising campaign performance.
- Working with and supporting RI Communications colleagues:
-To ensure the substantive quality of marketing and communications campaigns and activities;
-To implement marketing and communication activities and events;
-To ensure that multiple media are effectively used to maximise message uptake.
Required experience:
- Experience in working in complex organisations.
- Exhibits clear project management qualities (advisory, financial, process).
- Deep knowledge of communication mass media campaign management and execution, both internally and externally.
- Experience with integrated recruitment advertising campaigns.
- More than 5 years experience as a communications professional.
- Understanding of banking and financial services.
- International experience.
- Fluent command of the English language (verbal and written).
Education:
- University/graduate degree in marketing/communications
- Additional coursework in banking field is a plus
