To be successful in your application you must have most of the following experience or
knowledge;
Developing WebMethods BPM processes and Java components
Developing and supporting business processes
Writing of, and presenting of, feasibility studies
TIBCO Business Works (v. 5.5)
TIBCO Adapter SDK
