We have established a Data Analytics & BI HR team, tasked with accelerating the HR organization to a truly HR data-driven HR organization. The department consists out of central HR Data Analytics & BI team organized around specific capabilities: data science, engineering, business intelligence, data quality and analytics. The HR business specific products will be developed in the HR Data Analytics & BI team.
What will you be doing:
As Product Owner HR Data Analytics & BI you will be positioned in the Data AI & Analytics team of Group Functions.
You will be in direct contact with all the Stakeholders of HR and of IT so you can identify where the value can be created. It is important that you and your team understand the operational HR and IT processes, so you can work on creating valuable data insights for our HR organization.
This will be done with a data team consisting out of business analysts, data analysts & BI developers.
These insights are used to get better insights in our operational performance and disturbances.
Valuable insights will be developed in BI dashboards or used to improve our AI algorithms or operational HR processes.
Next to your role as product owner you will support the strategic data lead to keep the team functioning well and create insights into the roadmap and align these with other teams and stakeholders
In summary you will:
Create focus for the HR Data Analytics & BI team to develop and realize operational and strategic targets of the HR organization.
Support the HR Analytics team to deliver maximum value for the HR organization by setting and realizing short-term and long-term goals by means of a with well aligned roadmap and a clear prioritized backlog where you involve stakeholders proactively.
For managing your portfolio and the implementation like the dashboards, you will be closely working with the HR organization.
Make sure you can track the value of the impact your team makes with analytics in the HR organization

Requirements:
Master/Bachelor degree in IT
Fluent in the languages of HR, data & analytics, and know how to talk to all stakeholders, also at the senior level;
You are empathetic and service-oriented;
You dare to make decisions and you are result-oriented;
5 years of experience with managing/creating innovation projects and/or products;
4 years of experience as Product Owner
Experience working with roadmaps, use cases, technical requirements and backlogs;
Fully used to Scrum/Agile working methodologies;
Affinity with technology is a must especially surrounding the operational intelligence domain;
Competences:
Excellent knowledge of the Dutch & English language,
Excellent team player
Being able to start in 4-6 weeks
