As part of this vision, Microsoft 365 plays a pivotal role in our workplace infrastructure, and they're leveraging the power of Generative AI through the M365 Copilot Scale-Up Project.

As a Microsoft 365 Engineer, you’ll work within the Unified Communication & Collaboration Area, contributing to the ambitious goals alongside a team of talented DevOps professionals. Collaborating with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and colleagues from across the bank, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping this transformation—from strategy to execution. Your expertise will ensure the successful rollout of M365 Copilot solutions, keeping projects on track, overcoming challenges, and driving high-quality results.

Your Role:

• Design and establish governance for M365 Copilot and SharePoint Online.

• Actively engage in DevOps user stories for M365 Copilot and SharePoint.

• Implement solutions for M365 Copilot and SharePoint while maintaining data security and control.

• Develop and maintain services to extend the capabilities of the M365 platform.

• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding end-users on leveraging Microsoft 365 tools in compliance with the bank’s guidelines.

Your Expertise:

Must-Haves:

• Proven experience with Microsoft M365 Copilot and Microsoft Copilot.

• Expertise in SharePoint and OneDrive configurations, optimized for effective collaboration.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with the M365 platform.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, and Windows.

• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with developing Azure pipelines and scripting using PowerShell or the PnP module.

• Experience with the DevOps methodology.
