The Challenge:
A major client needs a senior hybrid consultant to manage the technical and operational bridge in a critical migration project.
You will:
Lead the Verint Operations Manager implementation and optimization for a 1,000-agent service center.
Bridge business needs with IT architecture, managing the migration from a legacy BPM to Temporal TypeScript workflow.
Ensure seamless, high-volume task integration with SAP BPEM.
Must-Haves:
Proven expertise in WFM operations and Verint.
Familiarity with the Dutch utilities market.
Experience with BPM or workflow orchestration platforms (e.g., Temporal, Camunda).
Fluent in Dutch and English.
