For one of our clients in retail, we are looking for an interim:

HR Business Partner Supply Chain HQ

38 hours per week

Zwaagdijk

6 month's contract + possible extension

Our client's headquarters are marked by a fast-paced and international atmosphere. As an HR Business Partner Supply Chain, you thrive in a dynamic organisation. With your drive, expertise, and enthusiasm, you will support and partner with the managers in the Supply Chain domain, helping us achieve our ambitious growth objectives.

Your Daily Actions

Our client is expanding rapidly, opening one new store daily. This growth requires scaling our Supply Chain operations and aligning our processes, tools, and systems. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role developing the central Supply Chain teams.

You will:

· Build strong relationships at all levels within the central Supply Chain departments.

· Translate business needs into pragmatic HR strategies, workforce planning, and People Plans.

· Act as a sparring partner for managers, providing advice on HR policies, performance management, and organisational design.

· Coach and develop middle management in management skills and HR best practices.

· Drive engagement and oversee the implementation of safety, training, and talent management initiatives.

· Collaborate with recruiters to ensure a robust candidate pipeline and manage temporary staffing solutions.

· Lead and coordinate HR projects to ensure a successful scale up.

· In a growing and dynamic organisation like this, you will need to plan, prioritise, and execute tasks efficiently while adapting to new challenges.

During the interim period the following deliverables are planned:

- Annual Performance – reward cycle

- Organisation Structure enhancements

- Improve the lead time of Recruitment

- Create more visibility of Career Paths and personal development

- Line-management and People support

Meet Your Team

You will work closely with the HR Supply Chain team supporting the full network and at our international headquarters with the experts in Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, People Development, HR Projects, Legal, and HR Services. As part of this collaborative environment, you will work closely with HR and the Supply Chain teams, sharing updates, supporting change management, and contributing to People development.

This is you

You are a proactive team player who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. As a trusted partner, you know how to build relationships and influence colleagues at all levels. You are pragmatic, results-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

And you bring:

· A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HRM or International Business.

· 6+ years of experience in HR roles, ideally within a supply chain or logistics environment.

· Expertise in HR processes, including team/personal development, workforce planning, training, and organisational design.

· Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (spoken and written).

· A proactive approach, with the ability to prioritise and solve problems effectively
