About the assignment
As Interim Group Controller, you will step into a critical leadership and backfill role during a complex private-equity-backed carve-out and separation programme. This assignment requires proven, hands-on experience in PE carve-outs: you understand the pace, pressure and governance expectations that come with PE ownership and standalone transformations.
You act as a senior, trusted advisor to Group Finance leadership, bringing calm, authority and sound judgement to ensure continuity, quality and robust decision-making. Alongside business-as-usual controllership responsibilities, you play a key role in shaping and implementing a fit-for-purpose Group Controllership Operating Model for an independent, PE-owned organisation.
Information about the organization
You will join a transformation-driven, fast-moving organisation transitioning from a legacy enterprise structure to a fully independent, PE-backed setup. The company operates globally and is owned by a private equity investor with high expectations around speed, transparency, control and value creation.
