Business Consultant PLM

About the Company

A leading international organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Consultant specializing in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), with a preference for expertise in Keytech PLM solutions. This position plays a key role within the IT Service Delivery Engineering team, focusing on the development and optimization of PLM systems in line with evolving business needs.

About the Role

This role is part of a collaborative, international IT team. The position may be based in either the Netherlands or Germany, depending on the candidate’s preference or organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing PLM processes and systems to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

• Design and propose tailored PLM strategies and solutions based on business requirements.

• Support and participate in the implementation of PLM solutions, ensuring smooth integration with existing IT infrastructure.

• Deliver training sessions and ongoing support to internal teams to facilitate successful system adoption.

• Evaluate performance of deployed PLM solutions and recommend enhancements to drive efficiency.

• Keep abreast of emerging trends and best practices in the PLM domain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in PLM consulting or a similar role.

• Proven expertise in PLM methodologies, tools, and technologies.

• Experience with Keytech PLM software (preferred).

• Proficiency in SQL (scripting and reporting).

• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.

• Strong understanding of Windows OS, IT infrastructure, and network environments.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills
