PMO Finance

Role Overview

A newly established, independent global consumer business is executing a complex carve-out and establishment programme following separation from its former parent organisation. As part of this journey, the organisation is defining and deploying new, standalone finance processes and operating models across global markets.

The Finance PMO Manager will provide hands-on PMO support to the Central Establishment Finance Team, partnering closely with the Finance Project Owner responsible for defining global finance processes across Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), Source to Settle (S2S), and Procure to Pay (P2P).

This role is well-suited to a senior PMO professional with solid finance transformation exposure, delivery-oriented mindset, and a willingness to combine strategic oversight with detailed administrative execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-create L0-L3 plans for Establishment to achieve on time in full delivery of milestones.

• Manage interdependencies with UL separation plan and ensure full integration of plan.

• Identify key stage gates of plan delivery and set up interventions with markets, GBS and Opus.

• Maintain traffic light status on TSA exit milestones after assessing readiness with sub workstream leads.

• Partner workstream lead in flagging risks by actively monitoring L3 plan

Experience & Skills

• Strong experience in PMO roles within finance transformation, carve-out, or divestment programmes

• Demonstrable exposure to finance process areas such as R2R, O2C, S2P, or P2P

• Experience building and managing integrated programme plans (L0–L3)

• Comfortable working in highly structured, governance-heavy environments

• Detail-oriented, organised, and resilient under delivery pressure

• Confident managing both senior stakeholders and day-to-day PMO administration

• Proficiency with PMO and reporting tools (e.g. MS Project, Excel, Power BI, RAID logs)
