For a leading international organization, I am looking for a Senior Gen AI Researcher. In this role, you will be responsible for the innovation, concept development, and productization of Generative and Agentic AI applications with direct business impact.
You will work at the intersection of research and practice: from ideation and applied research to the deployment of scalable AI solutions in complex, real‐world environments.
Responsibilities
As a Generative AI specialist, you will play a key role within multidisciplinary teams, working on advanced AI challenges.
Your responsibilities include:
Acting as a key technical researcher/developer on deep learning and Generative AI projects
Developing technical proposals and research initiatives for applied (Generative and Agentic) AI
Advising stakeholders on technical feasibility, data quality, and model selection
Developing novel Generative and Agentic AI technologies, from ideation to production
Driving AI solutions toward commercial value and gathering feedback from end users
Designing and implementing novel AI algorithms, incorporating emerging technologies
Collaborating with internal teams and external parties (such as universities and partners) and clearly communicating technical approaches and results
Analyzing real‐world engineering and scientific datasets and leveraging them for Generative AI solutions
Requirements
A Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
At least 3 years of knowledge and hands‐on experience in deep learning and computer vision
Proven experience with Generative models for computer vision (e.g. VAEs, Diffusion Models, Flow Matching, etc.)
Proven experience with (Multi)‐Agentic AI architectures, including LLMs and VLMs
Demonstrated experience building experimental pipelines and prototypes for Generative AI applications
A strong mathematical foundation (linear algebra, probability, multivariate calculus, geometry, and/or numerical methods)
Affinity with lifecycle and data management, and experience using Git
Excellent Python programming and software development skills
Experience with cloud environments (e.g. Azure, AWS) and working in a Unix‐like environment (e.g. bash)
Nice to Have
Publications in leading AI journals or conferences
Experience as a technical lead on Generative AI and computer vision projects
