Service/Support design specialist

The candidate will be responsible for the service design of two organisations undergoing integration following acquisition.

Significant service mapping and analysis is required to take into account end user journeys and touchpoints across the two organisations, whilst recognising the different toolsets that are in place.

Whilst the creation of a future state service blueprint will be an output of this assignment, consideration needs to be given to the businesses in an interim state and how a Hypercare service might support this.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and previous experience of designing support mechanisms preferably in an integration/acquisition environment.

This is a Dutch and English speaking role, with French and German advantageous, but not essential.
