Experience in the infrastructure and application technical support
Practical experience (2 yrs.) in administration and configuration of Windows
o Minimum 1 years of integration and support experience using IIS and Biztalk, is mandatory
o Experience Setting up access and monitoring through BizTalk360 would be an advantage
Knowledge of Windows Server Administration (such as Setup, Clustering, Active Directory, Virtualization)
Basic understanding about the common IT infrastructures (e.g., DNS, NFS/DFS, IP-Networks, Routing, Firewall, Load Balancer, Databases)
Basic knowledge about Microsoft Azure would be an advantage
Basic technical knowhow in the area of IT Infrastructure (Server, Storage, Network and IT Security)ITIL foundation knowledge would be an advantage
Very good communication skills
Confident appearance in complex situations
Analytical, Structured and a problem solver
Service and customer orientation, good team player, willing to help and resolution oriented
Self-steering, ready to take over responsibility, structural way of working
Fluent English and Dutch, in talking and writing

Coordination and implementation of tasks supporting the service lifecycle (planning, installation, upgrade, decommission)

Documentation of the work done and share the knowledge with other team members
Which are the 5 most important tasks?
Central contact for all technical issues and questions regarding assigned services and its components
Coordination of incident recovery, planning and implementation of changes, evaluation of problems
Planning and implementation of smaller infrastructure related projects and support of international projects
2nd Level Support
Participation in on-call shifts for high available services (max 9 duty cycles per year)
