For our international client in The Hague we are looking for a Business Analyst CRM.
The External Relations Function aims to create business value by building and leveraging our client’s brand and reputation; and by making a positive impact on the communities and wider societies in which we work. Within this function, Stakeholder Relations is accountable for helping our client to optimally manage the civil society stakeholder space and managing significant relationships.
Stakeholder management and customer relationship management have some significant overlaps in terms of requirements and operations. This project is to establish to what extent CRM approaches, processes and toolsets are applicable for stakeholder management.
Working as a Business Analyst as part of our client’s IM/IT organisation, this role will be required to:
Perform requirements elicitation across a broad range of teams and stakeholders (interviews, workshops, etc.);
Produce formal requirements specifications: clear and qualified requirements from undefined and unstructured information;
Compare and contrast the business requirements with the traditional requirements in the CRM space;
With the assistance of management, execute a market survey to establish external opportunities;
Presentation of findings and recommendations to IT and business leads.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills essential, given the wide range of senior stakeholders;
Proven experience with requirements elicitation & documentation;
Previous experience as a Business Analyst in the CRM space highly sought after;
Knowledge of market leading CRM tools very beneficial;
Knowledge of business process modelling (UML/BPMN) would be interesting
