Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer Corporate Banking IT & E-Commerce
As Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer within Corporate Banking IT & E-Commerce you are involved in technically solutioning, designing and hands on delivering CRM solutions. Within these projects you play a key role in ensuring and driving that the solutions comply with the Corporate Banking IT development standards, policies and procedures. Together with the Product Owner, Architecture, Business Analysis, Test, Change & Release Management and Support disciplines, you work in an Agile context and you are part of the dedicated team facilitating both Change The Bank (projects) and Run The Bank (maintenance).
HBO/WO level, preferably in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
At least 5+ years of experience in a similar role
Minimum of 4 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform experience
Experience of functional analysis and functional support
Experience with C# custom development
Experience with implementing CRM solutions like Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Experience with Software Architecture and Software Engineering process improvements
Experience with full life cycle software delivery
Experience within an international banking environment (pre)
Experience with Agile/Scrum, preferably certified as Agile professional (pre)
Operational and tactical thinking and acting
Team building and collaboration skills
Highly self-motivated and directed
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Quality driven and driver of (technical) innovation
Keen attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication (English and Dutch)
Corporate Banking IT & E-Commerce (CBEC) is a young department within Rabobank Wholesale IT Systems & Development (IS&D) which is responsible for the development and management of a series of applications for the Corporate Bank (Trade Finance, Corporate Lending, Client Management). Within the department five main activities and disciplines are to be distinguished: Project Management, Business Analysis, Development, Test and Release Management and Support
CBEC is servicing these systems for both the local clients and the foreign offices (e.g. New York, Singapore, Sydney), and therefore must ensure the systems are available 24 hours a day.
CBEC is working closely together with the business to develop and review new requirements requested by users of the supported applications. This covers the full spectrum of servicing the wholesale banking environment.
