Per direct op zoek naar meerdere Project Costcontrollers voor 32-40 uur in de week t/m ieder geval eind juni 2016 in de omg. 'S Hertogenbosch bij een grote retailer.

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau

  • Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring binnen de project/costcontrol

  • Ervaring met grote (technische) projecten en Capex

  • Ervaring met SAP is een pre.

    My roles have included Planning Manager, Project Controller, Business Controller, Commercial Finance Manager, Projects Finance Manager, EMEA Commercial Lead, etc. whereby the responsibilities and accomplishments roles were as follows:

    • Provide financial and commercial support to operations. Advise, guide and work as partner with Operation and Finance team on Financial Management and Project management

    • Control Operational expenses and Capital investment across Europe

    • Prepared forecasts, budgets with Operation and prepared annual bridges for 15 EMEA entities while at Johnson Controls. Initiates growth improvement and recommend cost saving in SG&A spending.

    • Supported the Ingram Micro financial team and Business Units team in Europe in 2015 Budgeting, Strategic Planning & coordination.

    • Collaborated with management and HR to project costs for new salary bands and routinely assesses the work of the Business Development team to ensure accuracy on Medtronic

    • Responsible for producing reporting packages and KPI’s.

    • Engaged in Month End and Quarterly close. Take part in financial performance reviews with FM's / Ops. team which includes revenue, gross margin, opex, capex, TWC etc.

    • Monitor TWC (Debt + Unbilled less Unearned) and assist Project Directors / Project Managers across EMEA in driving Cash positive.

    • Ensure SOX, U.S. GAAP compliance and adherence to corporate policies and procedures.

    • Maintained framework in controlling the Business processes and system procedures for Oracle, Navision and HFM reporting,

    • Challenge the business owners on financial results and utilization of project managers

    • Supported Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis

    • Ensure that new project proposal as well as the Toolbox has been reviewed before setting up the project in Oracle and FMIS in Johnson Controls systems

    • Supervised an Administrator handling AP (accounts, P2P), and AR, (O2C processes) which include Billing and management of client and suppliers invoices.

    • Participated in the bid team during contract and price negotiations with the prospective customer.

    • Review and approve proposal ,suppler quotations of contracts and projects in EMEA region

    • Have Can-do-Will-do attitude and represent the Company in a professional and presentable manner at all times

    • Able to point out risk items and solving them and highlight opportunities and drive consequent actions

    • Supported the internal and external auditors and partner with Shared Services Center and Operations to ensure completeness of audit control

    • Provide monthly report / presentation and review with senior managements.

    • Have strong analytical skill and maintain deadlines. Pro-active, accurate, result-driven

    • Coordinating with the Central Finance and EMEA Financial Planning and Analysis Team to harmonise financial reporting processes.
