Create, change and end contracts in IQN (Project Agreements).
Liaise with ASU to initiate the on- and off-boarding of contractors.
Actively provide hiring manager with info, and pro-actively see issues coming.
Communicate with suppliers about PA/invoice escalations and find out what the actual issue is.
Chase stakeholders to ensure compliance with IQN and Contracting & Procurement processes.
Run and distribute the contractor inventory list; an excel sheet which aims to have a full overview of the contractors in PT, to reconcile with time writing.
Answer basic reporting questions on basis of contractor inventory list, IQN and if needed other sources.
Properly archive communication and contracts.
Answer generic questions about IQN, the contracting process and policies
Heavy interaction with ASU with respect to the method for hiring contractor/consultant.
Interaction with C&P, the Business (Hiring Managers) and Finance to ensure complete and accurate booking of contractor costs.
Drive alignment of roles and manage IQN Workflows and support operations consistent with global processes.
Requires a bachelor's degree and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May report to an executive or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
