For one of our clients in Rotterdam we are currently looking for a Functional administrator on Cornerstone.
This is for a minimum of at least 6 months plus extension.
We are looking for someone with a proven expeirence and knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand Learning Management. (functions, configuration possibilities , etc)
and a proven track record as a functional administrator. (3 to 5 yrs)
you will be part of a team that is responsible for the ijnternal Learning platform and the intranet.
Good in English is a must
experience with working in a large retail organisation

Goal of the assignment

  • Provide resourcing for Online Learning Operations (temporary: to support 2 team members to participate in project activities and leave running business/regular support to external; assignment duration 6-9 months):

o functional support (Cornerstone Learning solution) (do ad hoc support work / answering questions / following up on requests / helping out with next release or communication / produce FAQ’s / extract reports / execute or organize functionality(UAT) testing – in line with competence role description)
o Small Projects (improvements in support / improvements to issue handling and/or training procedures; or general service and operational efficiency improvements – to be defined)
o … anything that may come up also

  • Knowledge and competence

I am looking for

o Proven functional support knowledge and experience with the Cornerstone on Demand learning solution
o ‘Can do’ mentality (want to take on work) and able to work independently (set your own work and suggest what can be improved)
o Good communicator / easy to work with / personal fit /people focused
o Analytical skills / separate main from detail and know big picture/ able to determine cause and effect/ able to propose improvements with impact
o Interest in support, offering service and helping other people
o Knowledge of processes (BiSL methodology; familiar with process, procedure, work instructions); knowledge or experience on support tooling would be bonus
o Able to set some standards and guidelines where needed; able to work and hand-over in structured and planned way
o Good ability to speak / write in English
o Affinity with retail and learning/knowledge transfer in an IT-enabled environment.
