The Partner Services Manager - Onboarding is responsible for enablement fulfillment and maintenance for partners.
This role works directly with the partner to manage new partnerships, coordinate the different steps to onboard and foster relationships to accelerate business.


  • Ensure new partners are successfully on-boarded to sell & support the products and services

  • Execute enablement activities per approved project plans

  • Attend needs analysis workshops

  • Organize, moderate and document weekly meetings

  • Report and communicate on partner/project status, milestones and health with cross functional team members

  • Manage the deployment of the company's products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products and programs

  • Maintain consistent and effective pro-active communication with the assigned Partner base

  • Ensure prompt customer issue resolution with the appropriate Cisco organizations, striving for maximum partner satisfaction

  • Exhibit leadership by providing suggestions for improving processes and the approach in managing partners

Key Metrics

  • Total revenue growth per partner

  • Partner health metrics

  • Projects delivered in time and quality

Desired Qualifications & Experience

  • 4-year college degree

  • 4-year experience in a customer/partner facing position. Proven ability to deliver a high degree of partner satisfaction through the effective implementation of services, as well as successful in scoping additional service opportunities through effective base penetration and client growth

  • Project management skills (project planning, communication strategy, requirement gathering)

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills required

  • Proven ability to effectively present and communicate to all levels of an organization, especially senior management levels

  • Exceptional organizational, written and verbal communication skills

  • Understanding of the web and security on the web (firewalls, proxy settings, network connections, etc)

  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and translate technical requirements from partner, end-customer and internal technical teams

  • Ability to work in a team environment, and assist other team members to achieve team-oriented objectives

  • Must possess the ability to manage day-to-day work with minimal supervision

  • Well organized and articulate; must be able to execute effectively after receiving general instructions for new assignments

  • Ability to achieve objectives in a dynamic environment

  • PMI certification is a plus

  • Fluency in English, and another language French or Spanish or German required. Fluency in any other language would be an asset
