Technical Consultant Dynamics CRM

We are currently looking for a Technical Consultant Dynamics CRM.

CRM Technical Consultant you will be responsible for the implementation, management and execution of technical adjustments for MS Dynamics CRM 2011 for the benefit of our customers. You are operating from Eindhoven and you are in close contact with the CRM Manager will include the functional management on his behalf.

Your main responsibilities will be

  • Managing Dynamics CRM related projects and initiating new developments and solutions. Additionally perform analyses and (user) tests

  • Help with the CRM Manager and the IT team, you will ensure that the CRM platform remains stable rotation including surrounding interfaces.

  • Supporting and assisting the further implementation of the CRM application and associated data structure. The aim is to optimize the efficiency and performance of the CRM application

  • Participate in training programs in order to optimally facilitate all users to have CRM application use

  • Developing and writing mainly technical documentation

  • Together with the technical team perform version updates, patches and general updates

  • With the external supplier of the CRM application and the internal IT team you will ensure that the CRM environment is configured correctly and remains stable

  • Providing 3rd line support to the (CRM) Service. Offering solutions in cooperation with users and other IT Professionals

  • Independently and proactively identifying other ad hoc projects within IT systems such as system integration and information systems

Necessary experience

  • Bachelor degree

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience with Dynamics CRM

  • Microsoft Certification

  • Relevant demonstrable experience as a Technical Application Manager with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. Specific experience with web-based systems, back-office systems and tools that are integrated with CRM 2011

  • Experience with giving the support and development of CRM systems (ITIL)

  • You have to perform experience in independent projects and activities

  • You are service minded, analytical and a doer

  • Project management experience is pre

  • Dutch speaking in mandatory
