Area Support Coordination IT Operational Services for our client
Business Unit division of Information Technology (Campus IT)
3 months with possible extension
Review and approve Local End User IT Service Request items (currently in OSS and IRIS tools)
Monitor Campus IT mailbox & route requests/questions to appropriate SME/support groups.
Provide Level 1 support for the desktop coordinators (DC) on the clients Campus about company and local IT services & processes
Provide training for new Desktop Coordinators on company IT processes
Maintain the data in the DC-tool (user administration)
Maintain and support Desktop Coordinator Tools (OSS database) including participating in company transition efforts to a standard intake tool (IRIS)
develop newsletters and briefings for DCs
update DC website,
Provide regular refresher trainings on IT processes for DCs and Management Assistants
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
Quick learner, motivated self-starter
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Dutch and English spoken and written
French is a plus
