Project Buyer Services (HR, Marketing, Finance, Insurance,….)
The Lead Buyer works under the responsibility of the Category Manager and provides specific knowledge and know-how to a tender procedure related to his/her domain of expertise. He/she negotiates and closes contracts with a view to providing an efficient procurement policy within its procurement domain.
•Proven knowledge and experience with Public Procurement
•Tendering (full scope): well described process at customer linked to Public Procurement (legal rules). The buyer is responsible to manage the whole process : understanding of the internal client’s need, manage RFPs in the market, take the responsibility until the contract signature, update internal systems (WSS/Sharepoint, iPromis, …). Plays a role as an RFP Project Manager.
•Contractual and financial support
•Proven experience in buying of Services : HR, Marketing, Finance, insurance,….
•Experience in contract Lifecycle Management
•Understand client requirements
•Able to work independently
•Fluent in Dutch and/or French with at least excellent understanding of the other language.
•Fluent spoken & written English is mandatory (both written & spoken)
