Job purpose
The VP, Connectivity (CVP) Marketing, will guide the positioning and commercial exploitation of our Connectivity products in the markets. In close collaboration with the Product Connectivity, Mobile and CEX functions, he/she will have to convert feature driven products into attractive consumer benefit driven costumer propositions and memorable experiences of all touch points as a key differentiator of our products.

Key Accountabilities
The VP Connectivity (CVP) Marketing owns the design and optimization of the customer value proposition of the connectivity products and drives optimal customer experiences of all touch points as a key differentiator of these products
Work collaboratively and constructively with commercial, CEX, Product Development, country operations and technology to deliver better customer service and experience.
Work collaboratively with Product development and CEX to prioritize propositions from the CVP perspective, based on presented options related to improvements in the customer journey and product roadmaps
He/She will provide consumer benefit marketing thinking to the team and act as the product expert and internal/external product/consumer marketing evangelist
Manage the go-to-market of the product line roadmap in cooperation with all relevant cross functional organizations and country operations throughout its entire lifecycle
He/She will set general requirements for the Product Development and Mobile team
Inputs into the CEX/Product Development team on the strategic analysis of the competitive environment and opportunities for our services, to help to develop the strategic vision and plan for these product lines from a consumer perspective
Define and track Key Performance Indicators for Connectivity. Analyze and incorporate external and internal customer insights into our processes to ensure industry parity and improvement in customer value.
Keep in touch with the connectivity trends of the customer through various channels (research, sales channels, customer care, installers, web, market visits)
Address and use insight for improving Customer Satisfaction with vendors and overall. Interpret results and identify critical improvement areas in order to trigger customer service improvement initiatives.
Demonstrate analytical thought and problem solving to bring innovative propositions to solve complex business challenges.
Knowledge & Experience
Energetic and inspirational leadership style with strong collaboration skills with local organizations, as well as other functions inside the company
Leadership skills, and ability to inspire people to follow a common strategy
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, preference given to candidates with an MBA
10-15 years of marketing experience
Experience in consumer marketing
Experience developing and managing a team
Strong executive presence and persuasive communications skills
Experience managing complex internal and external relationships
In-country experience is a plus
