Advises management and staff departments on implementation of Q&FS policies and standards.
Advises QA and plant management on QA targets and Q&FS priority setting.
Conducts pro-active consultation and seeks alignment with other QA disciplines and local QA teams within Business Group Ingredients on implementation of QA&FS systems and processes.
Supports development of Business Group Ingredients Q&FS standards.
Leads working groups within QA Make and participates in projects as QA advisor.
Assesses and authorizes quality documentation (e.g. procedures, deviation investigations).
Performs Q&FS system audits at the Site and other locations.
Performs hygiene inspections at the Site.
Facilitates and assists in customers audits and audits of certification bodies or inspecting authorities.
Actively promotes and assures harmonization and standardization of Q&FS systems within the Site.
Actively promotes sustainable Q&FS awareness and culture at the Site according to the Business Group Ingredient QA vision and mission.
Supports QA Release Officers regarding specific release decisions.
Supports management at internal or external issues or crises related to Q&FS.
Provides training for the implementation of Q&FS systems.
Advises HACCP and QCP risk analyses.
Provides input on Q&FS reports, such as monthly quality reports and the management review.
Complaint handling, pest control management, supplier management.
Bachelor/Master degree working and thinking level, preferably background in Food technology .
At least 4 years of QA experience within food industry .
Communication skills in Dutch and English.
Planning and Organization skills.
Independent critical attitude.
