To strengthen the QA devision, our client in the food industry is searching for an experienced QA Service Manager.
You will provide QA guidance for the commerical and manufacturing teams. You will establish and improve quality strategy, implementing quality standards, goals and objectives.
Roll out Quality Operation Strategy to plants
Ensure training of plant personnel in self-audits of their quality systems
Manage critical milestones for the Food Safety and Quality Improvement Plan at multiple locations in your key account area
Create and deliver education plans for plant quality teams and commercial teams
Assist in consumer and customer complaint resolution and reduction activity
-A higher education in food technology or a related field is required.
-At least 3-8 years experience in a QA role in the food industry and strong knowledge of food commercial and manufacturing processes.
