.NET Developer for Group Reporting
Within GF SOM the “Reporting One Support Team” (ROST) supports the Group Accounting and Reporting Team which is responsible for the reporting and analysis of financial results of the corporation.
GAA .NET based web tool which manages user access to the Report One financial reporting application within the corporation.
FUN .NET based web tool to capture Financial UNusuals.
Implementation of changes, enhancements and bug fixes in these applications.
Deliver 3rd line support for these applications.
Monitoring the performance of these applications
Safe guarding the architecture and keeping associated designs, operational documentation, tooling up-to-date.
The developer will work in a small team which is responsible for the infrastructure of the Report One landscape. As such the resource will be sometimes be asked to participate in system maintenance activities. Candidates must understand he/she must be willing to invest time in understanding the business processes and the different applications used in the Report One landscape.
Skills / knowledge requirements
ASP.NET C# web development.
AngularJS or similar framework.
Entity framework 6.x or similar.
Interfacing with web services / COM interfaces.
Secure web development.
Experience in application architecture.
Experience in capturing business requirements.
Experience in SAP Netweaver/BPC, SAP BOFC, SAP BOE / BI4, Active Directory is a plus.
SAP Netweaver knowledge.
Experience of operating in an controlled environment, operating to defined standards and controls eg SOX.
Experience and knowledge in managing, assessing and responding to infrastructure security issues.
Experience of system administration, defining technical policies, installing and upgrading servers and database administration.
