As a Transaction Officer Securitisation Mid Office you will work on a variety of tasks. You will be responsible to ensure a timely and controlled accurate transaction process according to market standards. Your work environment is equipped to control risk and to meet the international service level agreements and market practices.

The following tasks will be part of your new role

  • Single point of contact within Mid Office regarding ABF support

  • Ensure legal documentation is in line with processing systems

  • Process servicer reports received from clients and interface with Front Office ABF

  • Generate among others performance reports, assignment deeds, funding sheets

  • Prepare and process Facility Advice Forms and DMN.

  • Investigate and resolve breaks

  • Maintain (or advice on) processes and work instructions

  • Liaise with front and back offices in the Netherlands and Europe

Our department

The Securitisation Mid Office role currently resides within Financial Markets Services (FMS). FMS is part of Operations Wholesale Rural and Retail (WRR). Operating from our head office in Utrecht FMS supports all main Rabobank WRR offices globally. We are the service provider to Markets and other internal customers like Treasury. The services provided include Transaction Processing, Confirmations, Transaction Reporting, Collateral Management and Investigations. The department focuses on managing a highly efficient process flow whilst managing and minimizing operational risks delivering excellent service to our clients. The department has a well-established and strong position within Operations WRR.

The Securitisation Mid Office role will move to Mid Office Loan Products Group (MO LPG). MO LPG supports the front office in case of client onboarding, credit onboarding and support. The mid office advise the relationship manager and implement the transaction after closing. Besides Asset Based Finance the mid office supports Loan Product Group, Global Client Solutions, Project Finance and Acquisition Finance. To execute our services we have intensive contact with the client, relationship manager and several departments within the Rabobank.

Your profile

  • At least Bachelor working & thinking level

  • Knowledge of products and processes in (wholesale) banking

  • Specific knowledge of products within Securitisation/Receivables Purchase transactions is preferred

  • Strong IT skills, including the full Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • You have a proactive attitude towards tackling issues and solving breaks and you are able to perform effectively under time pressure, also when facing setbacks.

  • You are a good communicator in both English and Dutch (written and verbal) and you are convincing discussion partner.

  • You have strong numeracy and analytical skills, including the ability to work with figures, charts and graphs.
