In reference to section 2.1 Lync Application Management, our customer will require the supplier to provide up to three (3) resources to be based in the IT Services Prague Data Center location for a minimum period of 1 year contract to be part of this new UC Application Management team.
Three (3) contract resources permanently located within the the office in Prague for a minimum period of 1 year with possible extension
Resources will need to have demonstrale skills and experience in supporting Lync Voice operationally for a minimum of 5 years in a global environment scale similar to the one in which our customer operates.
Resources would need to fulfill the requirements outlined in Section 2.1.1 Lync Application Management team skill set in the RFP document.
Resources will join the UC Application Support team.
Supplier will need to provide the CV of these candidates for our customer to interview and consider.
Resources will perform knowledge transfer via On-The-Job handover and documentations.
Resources will need to comply with customers policies and procedures
Resources will report to the Head of UC Support
Our customer will provide all necessary equipement and office space office facility including the notebook and workstation
It has been agreed and acknowledged that our customer would be requiring consultancy services to assist in the UCC Voice program to help build knowledge and shape direction. We would like the supplier to update the proposal covering the following consultancy services.
The resource needs to have consultancy experience working with UC voice deployment for a minimum of 7 years
Resource to be based in the IT Services facility in Prague, CZ(if Prague is not possible please notify it in your proposal)
Minimum contract period 6 months on-site
To provide off-site support for 6 months after on-site contract ends
SIP Strategy to support central and local Lync Telephony site/country deployments
To advise on country regulatory requirements
Design of deployment and implementation process
Support Model review and updates to deliver against customers business user KPI’s
User Adoption activities including profiling, training and change management
Design Feedback and Continuous Service Improvement activity to ensure required levels of service quality are met
Change Management and communication to support Lync Voice deployments
Site specific design to support local vs central deployments of telephony
