The Operating companies from our client have a lot of strategic initiatives where the use of customer- and employee data is a crucial part (and prerequisite) to meet strategic goals.
Companies in NL and EU need to comply to new regulations (in 2016) and EU legislation (in 2017) related to customer- and employee data. E.g. It will become mandatory for legal to report “data breaches” and to inform customers if this has impact on personal live. It will become mandatory to have an overview of all customer and employee data related to the purpose it’s being used.
IT needs to deliver a registration tool to manage and maintain Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) results.
In order to deliver this solution an IT project will be started to guide the tool selection, implementation and to facilitate the privacy impact analyses in cooperation with the business. To do this IT needs to identify (non) functional requirements to prepare the tool selection and implementation. The Project Start Architecture, Technical Solution Blueprint and PID (Project Initiation Document) will be important input for the implementation.
As Business Analyst you have an important role in providing input to these documents by establishing clear requirements.
For the Data privacy project we are looking for a Business Analyst with a background in IT/Retail and knowledge about Data Privacy (specifically related to the new regulation).
