Vacancy Interim Group Product Manager – Netherlands and Germany based
Our client is one of the world’s leading global full-service B2B weather solutions businesses, operating across all sectors where weather impacts business decision making. They provide innovative tools and support which assist our customers to make critical decisions more effectively to create value, save costs and minimise risk and manage environmental impact.

The Interim Group Product Manager is responsible for the cross sector product portfolio. The GPM develops and manages this product roadmap based on the corporate strategy and combined BU input. The GPM works closely with the Tech Program Manager to follow up on roadmap execution, group wide.
This includes reporting and incident management.
The GPM supports the BU product managers through on the job coaching and managing development/training programs. The GPM chairs the (monthly) PM meetings to share best practices and update the team on group developments.

Key responsibilities Interim Group Product Manager

Shape, implement and maintain the product management operating model in line with Scaled Agile Framework practices;
Develop and maintain the horizontal product roadmap based on combined sector strategy input in order to increase efficiency and quality of group solutions that BU’s can build on;
Product management support for the core Technology Platform;
Act as the focal point for product management challenges, inputs and issues throughout the organization or between
business units;
Increase the professional level of product management in the group through coaching, sharing best practices and
practical support;
Manage the group roadmap from a BU perspective, and in close cooperation with the Tech program manager and Met
BU manager;
Advise the MD in roadmap prioritization and capacity issues.
Requirements for the Interim Group Product Manager

Long-standing experience in product management and in particular Scaled Agile Framework;
Apply creative thinking, such as design thinking, business model innovation or lean startup;
Minimum 5 years product management experience and 5+ years relevant experience in leading product management,
preferably pan-European or American;
Strong business acumen, technically savvy and open for new developments and trends;
Excellent communicator and presenter.
