Play an important part in the team that provides the optimal Continuous Integration environment for our (java) developers. Support colleagues with installation of latest build results on test benches. Facilitate software quality assessments by setting up and maintaining our TICS environment.
Maintain and optimize the Continuous Integration tooling

Trouble shooting build issues
Transfer knowledge to allow continued operation during planned absence
Write and maintain scripts in bash, python and perl
Use and administer (some of) the software version control system
Context of the position
The Team member Tools & Infrastructure (Tool smith) works in the Software development Tools & Infrastructure (SDTI) team that supports software development. Within the Applications business unit software is developed using multiple environments. Source code development is done in Java, C#, Delphi and several scripting languages such as Perl and Python. The tools Jira, Bamboo and Stash are used together with GIT for software lifecycle management. In this position you will works regular office hours.
Bachelor in Computer Sciences or equivalent
At least 1-3 years of experience in a relevant environment.
Preferably familiar with agile development methods, Jira, Stash and Bamboo
Team player (accessible, keen on sharing knowledge and responsibility)
Good task switcher
Open for the broad perspective of an issue or solution (identify both positive and negative consequences of a solution, seeing out-of-the-box solutions)
