Within the Risk Services department, Information & Change Management team is looking for a Functional QRM Specialist (temporary) with hands on mentality to complement the Business Analysts working on the QRM tool for Asset & Liability Management (ALM).
Provides guidance, support and training on the QRM tool to the team members
Collects and analyses requirements and contributes to the specification of user, functional and technical requirements.
Perform change management on the business configuration items in the QRM tool
Supporting the Standardization project
Manage user expectations, align the various user groups.
Providing functional support, trainings and demos for users
Solicits analyses and understands requirements to provide integrated solution design.
Gathering the user requirements and contribute towards product/domain backlog
Aligns with the architects to make sure the designed solution is in line with the architectural roadmap
Risk Services Organisation focuses on enabling and supporting the primary risk (and finance) capabilities through information management and analytics in the areas of Data Management, Project & Change Management, Operations, User support and Risk Reporting.
Openness in communication and “can do” mentality are important characteristics of this organisation.
The Information & Change Management department is responsible for all change management activities within the CRO domain. The team provides change management expertise on organizational, business process, system and data related topics and its primary responsibility is the implementation of the strategic CRO business and system architecture roadmap.
You will be reporting to the head of Design & Implementation team along with other Business Analysts and Test specialists responsible for a value stream within the Risk function.
Functionally, you will be working in a Scrum team with other Business Analysts, Developers and Product Owner in the ALM BAS team.
Who we are looking for?
Educated to Bachelor or Masters Level.
Minimal 4-5 years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst in the Market Risk domain is a pre-requirement.
Minimal of 2-years experience with configuration in QRM is a pre-requirement.
Experience with ALM, Matched Funding, Liquidity Risk Management is preferred
Proficient user of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access, etc.) is required
Strong Communication Skills and excellent team player
Ability to translate requirements of business partners into business configuration
Hands-on and willing to work closely with the Developers and Operations specialists on the user issues
Experience in working in an Agile/Scrum team
A self-motivated individual with strong analytical skills and hands on attitude.
Able to work independently, to coordinate own activities and to gather information from relevant stakeholders
You are communicative, proactive and able to work with challenging deadlines.
Analytical mind-set and hands-on
Fluency in English, both written and verbal (work language)
You have no 9-5 attitude.
