For our international client in The Hague we are looking for a Web & Mobile/Digital Marketing Analyst.
3 months (option to extend)
Fulltime (40 hrs./week)
Purpose of role
Timely production and communication of Mobile performance insight, data and management information, supported by detailed analysis and commentary enabling focus on areas that will drive improved performance on a strategic and tactical level. The successful candidate should have a strong proven knowledge of digital marketing with proven knowledge in Web and Mobile Analytics leveraging systems such as Google Analytics, Adobe Site Catalyst and tools such as Splunk, New Relic, Bug Sense etc.
Conduct a gap analysis of analytics frameworks against our key mobile apps
Advise and build the required mobile reports/ views and necessary exception reporting on our key apps
Make that available to the key users in the team and educate them in how to apply these trends
Implementing new analytics capability and developing supporting processes
Provide detailed analysis on mobile performance from a live service management
Provide detailed analysis on CVP KPI, providing insights and recommendations to improve and customize the apps
Set up alerts and reporting dashboards to monitor performance.
Own and support Business with representation and analysis of Mobile performance, commercial and customer data.
Produce required Mobile performance, commercial and customer performance reports for use within and outside of the mobile team
Support creation of mobile objectives and KPI’s and analyse the actual performance data against forecast
Conduct deep dive analysis in aspects of the digital journey to pull out trends, opportunities and issues from traffic sources to inform the optimisation of Mobile (make recommendations and measure outcomes)
Deliver any ad-hoc requests for mobile analytics, from either Global or local stakeholders
Track expected benefits of Mobile initiatives and ensure learning’s are conducted
Support Business in developing benefits case for proposed Mobile initiatives through use of detailed quantitative and statistical analysis
Work with the team to introduce tools, new communication styles (e.g. ‘Infographics’) and process to ensure effective production of Mobile reporting and analytics
Develop a framework on how to apply digital analytics as a discipline going forward in the mobile team
Mobile performance, commercial & customer reports to agreed frequency
Ad hoc reporting and insight as required by Mobile team and global/local business stakeholders
Detailed insights with opportunities and issues
Data to support business cases development
Business delivery and ongoing governance of analytical tools and processes

Experience in the field of digital marketing – Mobile & Retail
Experience of implementing new analytic capabilities and developing supporting processes
Excellent written and verbal communication
