The project support officer (PSO) is responsible for supporting projects and programs.
The PSO prepares reports on performance indicators (such as project slip, quality assurance scores, issue tracking, risk priorities and financial reports) needed to control projects and programs. These reports will be used by project managers, program managers, the pipeline and resource management operational team (PRMOT) and the project portfolio review board (PPRB). For this the PSO scrutinizes data derived from various data sources for consistency.
The PSO works with the project manager and the project administration organization to set-up projects in the various systems such as SAP, Clarity, SharePoint, Enovia, MS Project, Open Workbench and CollabNet.
Data management in the project environment
Setting up and closing projects in various project management data systems
Highly experienced in working with Excel (data handling, macros, graphs, 26) > 5 years
Experienced in working with various project administration tools (such as SAP, Clarity, SharePoint, Enovia, MS Project, Open Workbench and CollabNet) > 5 years
Delivering uncompromised, accurate quality > 5 years
Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English > 5 years
