Role purpose: To ensure Dealer Commission payments and claims are handled within the organization. Claims need to be analysed to ensure completeness and correctness of the payments.
Ensure claims are handled correct and on time.
Accurate reporting on outcome of the claims.
Excellent communication towards external channels as well as internal stakeholders. Maintaining the relationship with third parties.
Analysing claims to prevent defects in future. Responsible for identification of and follow up on technical tickets.
Ensuring that internal departments / stakeholders are updated on (technical ) issues impacting commission payments. Ensure SLA”s of submitted claims are met.
Ensure proactive and timely handling of upload files in order to prevent claims occur in the future
Ensure correct dealer codes are implemented in commission software and frontend systems.
Supports Dealers with information, processes and reporting. Maintain effective the external contacts with Dealers
Collaborate with SSC. Work with SSC on process and system improvements.
Align with business controllers / business partner managers, commercial management
Ensure compliance with Business Model.
To be able to take over the work and responsibilities of other Commission Specialists.
Understand and translate Business Needs
Take active lead / Pro-active
Collaboration with others (SSC, Back office financial control )
HBO degree knowledge and working level
Good communicational skills
Minimal of 3 years’ experience in relevant commission area’s (preferably in telecommunications)
Excellent knowledge of Excel and Access
Percentage Claims handled on time and correct.
Driving improvements in data quality through claim analysing , ticket handling and stakeholder management.
Satisfaction of Channels and stakeholders.
