As Senior Network Analyst in the Global Operations Center, you will focus on support for all unified communications infrastructure, including break-fix & implementation support. You will provide world-class value, performance and availability of our converged unified communications platform.
Our client Global Operations Center (GOC) is chartered with monitoring key IT production systems which are operating 24 hours, 365 days a year. With facilities in the US and the Netherlands, their GOC is staffed around the clock with experts who have the tools, know-how and ability to identify and resolve production issues quickly. The focus is on production uptime and in doing whatever it takes to identify issues and keep our systems up and running.
Bachelor / Master degree in a relevant discipline.
2-5 years of experience with large Cisco IPT telephony environments.
Cisco certification is preferred (CCVP).
Management and troubleshooting of Cisco Unified Communications Infrastructure, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM);
Management and troubleshooting of Cisco Analog and Digital voice gateways and devices, including ISR’s, VG224’sas well as Cisco IP phones;
Strong knowledge of SIP protocol;
Management and troubleshooting of Microsoft Unified Messaging integration with CUCM;
Management and troubleshooting of Cisco WebEx and Jabber.

Ability to work in a Global Team.
