The WPS support domain is seeking for a global (ITIL) process manager. Your primary task is to ensure global services with our Global outsourcing partner can be delivered to our 30+ countries including the supporting ITIL processes.
Your area of work
You will be part of Work Place Services organization. This is a temporary assignment for a global (ITIL) process manager who has to review if WPS services can be delivered globally via the supported ITIL processes.
All services and processes with the business lines in Europe (Western to East Europe) are arranged, but not yet with the business lines in the America’s, Asia and Australia. Therefore the focus will be on the latter.
Overview process requirements on ITIL processes for delivering services to business lines in America’s, Asia and Australia;
GAP-analysis between current Europe processes and global processes;
Agreed improvements in order to close GAPs.
Knowledge with IT Service Delivery and ITIL processes;
Fluency in English and Dutch (orally and written);
Relevant (customer) experience of working in complex international environments;
Experience with managing several suppliers E2E on outsourced contracts;
Relevant experience on introducing and implementing global processes.
