The procurement function is implementing a new way of working which will significantly simplify and change the way business users purchase goods and services.
The EMEA Procurement PMO Support will provide assistance to the Project Management team on a variety of activities during the project.
Executing, mainly, administrative activities towards the aligned project plan
Supporting project management activities for the following departments: office management, change management, finance, content discovery, contracting, HR, compliance and regulatory affairs.
Establishing and maintaining the proper contacts with the different business partners to understand their needs and support their processes.
Must be able to work in a global organization and build collaborative partnerships with international business partners.

Experience with Project management is an extra asset Qualifications / Skills
Education: A degree level or the equivalent through experience.
Language : English Location: Belgium
Travel: There could be some travel involved
