For our international client in Rijswijk we are looking for a Professional Communities Advisor.
Role: KM Professional Communities Advisor
Member of the Knowledge Management (KM) Content Services team.
Assist in deploying Single Point of Access (SPoA) portals to customers, including monitoring work progress in activities assigned to 3rd parties (e.g. PTIT, Information & Data Management team)
Coordinate SPoA training for customers and assisting in training where necessary
Provide assistance to resolve technical issues on SPoA or its component; escalate to relevant support groups / project team / KM Service team.
Monitor customer progress in usage of SPoA
Collate, proritise, and recommend functional enhancements to SPoA / SPoA components, and work with relevant groups to implement enhancements
Provide advice to Performance Dashboard team on dashboard reports in relation to SPoA statistics
Technical knowledge of Sharepoint (on par with a Level 2 ASD support personnel)
Interpersonal and communication skills to understand customer requirements and to deliver training on SpoA
