The function is responsible for the service transition and coordination of activities to deliver a fully transitioned Infrastructure service from the project to our onshore and offshore operations suppliers.
The function will ensure that a full support model, knowledge transfer to operations including coordination of OLAs/ SLAs are made in order to provide an efficient service to our internal & external customers.
The scope of action will include all our project in infrastructure services including both technical (Server, Virtual Desktop, Storage, Databases, Network, …) as well as business services (Telephony, mailing, collaboration sites, Unified communication, …)
Service design definition with the project lead and service owner
Participate to the definition of the service transition work package in the overall project plan
Coordination & follow-up of the delivery of specific infrastructure services (CDP)
Coordination of the support model implementation in ITSM
Organisation of the communication linked to the transition activities
Organise the knowledge transfer from the project team to the operations team
Identify, create and train on needed process and procedure to be able to ensure a smooth operations after go live of the new service.
Practical experience as a Infrastructure service delivery manager in an international environment
Experience with working with international IT external suppliers
Thorough practical experience of service transition processes
Process management experience
Strong analytical skills
Communication skills (French and English fluent)
Good presentation skills
