Identity & Access Management is one of our IT spine services and will become even more important in the next years (mainly driven by increased Security requirements) it must become more robust and end-user friendly. Client really want to make a change and a step-up along with the FSL integration.

Acceptance of the newly integrated IAM environment in the next 2 yrs and ensure that everything is brought in service
Managing our providers
Enforce further standardization and resilience
Further maturing newly introduced BU S&C related services (eg. auditing & reporting, data protection)
Drive continual improvements
Making IAM a flawless service for the end-users
Manage and continuosly improve clients Identity & Access Management (IAM) services,
Manage the relevant Service Providers providing the services in scope of IAM
Actively manage the IAM Service Lifecycle from Planning to Design to Built to Operation
Ensure a high available (high uptime) service in order for clients users, computer objects and services to enable them to always logon
Liaise with major stakeholders (CISO, HRM, Purchasing, IT domains) about their requirements to be reflected in the IAM roadmpa and services
Participate in projects and programms to ensure that IAM requirements are addressed and that new services are properly design, built and handed over to operations.
Over 10 year business experience in Service Management in a large multi-national environment, preferably in IT (Security) or on the border of Business and IT. 5 years
Master degree or Bachelor degree in a technical area, computer science or business administration. ITIL Service Management and Security training strong pre''s. 5 years
Pre's :ITIL Service Management certification, MS Active Directory knowledge, NetIQ and/or Sailpoint knowledge, CISSP certification 5 years
fulltime 40 hours
