Center IT infra, Team Security Operations, Utrecht.
Provides the Equens IT Infrastructure including outsources infrastructure contract, factory style, reliable, minimal lean, run optimized, standardized, consolidated and automated with a strong focus on best-in class costs compared to peers, leading to an IT infrastructure that contributes emphatically to the Equens strategy.
Performs the Equens operational security tasks, divided in three main domains: Key management and management of HSM devices, logical and physical authorisation management and monitoring the IT security for deviations on policies and for threats; performs Life cycle & functional management of the tooling and devices applied in all three domains, within determined policies and according to determined processes resulting in optimal security supporting the Equens strategy.
For the IMAC (Identity Management & Access Control) part of the team, we are looking for a new Authorisation Administrator.
What will you be doing?
User management. Creates, changes and deletes user accounts, which are linked to internal staff members and external customers via user profiles (roles).
Password/PIN Management. Distributes passwords securely to all relevant users and resets the password when necessary.
Smartcard Management. Issues smartcards to Equens employees or external contractors, replaces unusable smartcards and activates or revokes and deblocks smartcards as part of user management.
Access validation. Validates specific user accounts or access rights.
Reporting. Delivers reports for various internal and external parties.
Testing new or changed applications. Tests functionality regarding user management in new or changed applications and adjusts the own working instructions accordingly.
Incident Management. Investigates and solves (security) incidents that relate to the operational activities of IM&AC.
Interaction Management. Executes and deals with interactions that relate to the operational activities of IM&AC.
Change Management. Executes changes that relate to the operational activities of IM&AC.
Document Management. Maintains an up to date set of procedures, work instructions (SOP’s) and manuals for the operational activities of IM&AC.
