As a member of the Digital Products department of our European Headquarters, you work on the optimization of the customer experience across our mobile touchpoints for our international markets. You work in close collaboration with the Customer Experience team, the Digital teams in charge of our various Digital products, as well as the local teams. You aim to deliver support to online design- and development teams in their role on designing and improving our mobile experience. You conduct usability testing for our Mobile interfaces (websites and apps) and create functional stories and changes requests in order to get best in class mobile customer experience. The duration of this assignments is 6 months, with possibility of extension.
Research and analyse with the local counterparts the current
Mobile experience in the various local countries based on the Customer Experience framework design
Summarize findings to various stakeholders (CEX, Digital, Product Management)
Propose and put in development improvements to the mapped experiences
Propose flows for best in class Mobile journeys across all touchpoints
Create designs for new and improved online functionalities for our Mobile Interfaces (sites and apps) based on incoming business demand and aligned with other related and technically connected Online Products.
Business Analysis for new and improved online functionality/experience for the Mobile Interfaces based on incoming business demand, customer research, analytics research, and aligned with other related and technically connected Online Products.
Create development stories and prepare release and communication instructions.
Test approach document.
Create and store a central search documentation for the Online functional Documentation so it can be used Pan European for any future builds- and design versioning and references. Up-to-date feature and user documentation.
User documentation of the Mobile experience improvements and keep Up-to-date feature and user documentation.
Other related design and development assignments as directed by the Senior Product Manager Mobile Experience.
3+ years of experience in Service design or Mobile;
Experience with Customer Experience principles and methodologies;
Experience in service design, experience in mobile design is a plus;
Good understanding of Mobile digital interfaces : apps and websites
Passionate about mobile : Up-to-date with the latest mobile digital capabilities, trends and ecosystem
Agile development methodology knowledge is a plus;
Knowledge of JIRA / Confluence a plus;
Good interpersonal, verbal and written skills;
Fluent spoken and written English – ideally other European languages;
The hourly rate is 65 euro all in (excl BTW).
